IMPORTANT NOTES ON TUITION INVOICES
Tuition is an annual fee divided into 10 payments, and as a school, we begin making tuition payments in July for August. You will automatically receive a Quickbooks invoice on the first of every month at the e-mail addresses you used to register your child.
“Why am I getting an invoice in July, when school doesn’t start until August?” Each month we are paying for the *next* month of tuition (the 7/1 payment will pay for August tuition, the 8/1 payment will cover September tuition, the 9/1 payment will cover October tuition, etc.). Our last payment, due on April 1, 2021, will cover May ‘21 tuition, so families will not receive an invoice on May 1.
If you do not receive an invoice on July 1, please first check your Spam folder, and then e-mail finance@
Please review your first invoice for any changes (name, days/week your child is enrolled, mailing address, etc.). E-mail any changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need additional time to make a payment or are unable to make a payment for any reason, please e-mail finance@
There are several ways to submit payments to the school:
- NEW! Auto-draft through the CBA website – You may now make payments directly via our website, and can set up your account to make automatic recurring payments each month. Please e-mail finance@
charlestonbilingualacademy.org for the link to use this option.
- Venmo – You can make payments to CBA through the Venmo app for no additional charge (debit card or direct deposit). Use our Venmo username @
charlestonbilingualacademy or type in Charleston Bilingual to make payments.
- Direct deposit – You may request a link to pay via Quickbooks by emailing finance@
charlestonbilingualacademy.org . Click the “Review and Pay” link on your Quickbooks invoice and follow the prompts for a direct deposit from your bank account (as long as QB recognizes your bank).
- Check – Please mail checks to: 5032 Lackawanna Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29405.
CLASS SUPPLY LISTS
A one-time charge for school supplies has been added to the first tuition invoice ($75 for preschool through Kindergarten, $85 for 1st – 3rd grades). If you would prefer to purchase school supplies yourself, please e-mail email@example.com to have this charge removed. The links to the class lists will be posted by late July.
You will receive an orientation e-mail this summer notifying you of your child’s teacher(s), Meet the Teacher days, and other important back-to-school details. The first day of Kindergarten through 4th grade is August 13, 2020 and the first day for preschool is August 17, 2020.
