School Year Application Process

  1. Fill out the application form. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. There is no charge to fill out this form.
  2. If you plan to request financial assistance, please apply here (FACTS charges a $35 processing fee). Any family can apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Management, a third-party financial aid assessment. Families have to reapply each school year.
  3. Upon review of your application, you will be invited for an interview and tour with the headmaster.
  4. If your child has attended another school, you will need to provide a report that documents the student’s performance (academic and behavior) as well as the parents’ good standing with the school (relationally and financially). You may send the school this link: Charleston Bilingual Academy’s Reference Form.
  5. Once CBA has confirmed acceptance, your child’s spot will be reserved for 48 hours, allowing you time to turn in immunization records, review the Parent Handbook, sign the Handbook Agreement Form and Statement of Cooperation and pay the registration fee of $195. Tuition is due no later than the first day of each month, beginning in July.

Homeschool parents can enroll in 1 or 2 options without attending the whole day. Students who do not attend the whole school day will need to join a homeschool network.
